The RCM Analyst Decision Diagram

yesterday we published the RCM Decision Algorithm publicly for use by any and all people who wish to apply RCM at their facilities and with their physical assets. (And even with their clients)

You will notice that is is quite different from other decision algorithms you have seen about the marketplace, yet still embodies the core principles and concepts associated with modern (post 2004) RCM.

Some of the things that set this apart, and better in my view, from other models out there:

a) There is a clear distinction between Safety/Environmental/Operational And Non-Operational consequences on both the  Hidden and Evident sides of the algorithm.

b) The coding structure is clear, consistent, easy to follow and easy to understand in open discussions at any time.

c) It sets up the later discussion about whole of life asset management.

I hope it is useful to you.
